Set your eyeshadow/concealer with a Cream Color Eyeshadow

Tip: I prefer L’OREAL Paris Colour Riche Eyeshadow in shade “200, Paris Beach”

For the rest of this blue eyeshadow makeup look, I will be using the “Jeffree Star Cosmetics” “BlueBlood Palette” and the “Moira Beauty” “Diamond Daze Liquid Shadow”

A baby blue matte eyeshadow  “I’m Cold” is used to place in the crease and blend that upward to right below the brow bone.

Next Use the gray-toned blue eyeshadow “Power” to deepen the crease.

now deepening the crease even more use the dark grey eyeshadow “Cremated” and place that all in the crease.

Tip: blend well between eyeshadows to create a seamless eye makeup look.

a Qtip and your choice of glitter primer/ eyeshadow primer place on the mid lid and on the outer lid.

add a blue metallic eyeshadow “Deceased” over the primer we just applied.

now again using another Qtip and glitter primer/ eyeshadow primer apply that on the inner lid and mid lid to merge eyeshadows.

a light blue metallic eyeshadow “Ice Tray” is applied right over the primer slightly merging both eyeshadows.

Using a silver glitter liquid eyeshadow and an angled brush apply that right in the inner crease.

Tip: I used “Moira Beauty” “Diamond Daze Liquid Shadow” in shade “011, Treasure Trove”

For the lower lash line apply the same dark gray eyeshadow “Cremated”

Blend the lower lash line with a blue matte eyeshadow “Blue Blood”

Black eyeliner is placed in the upper waterline.

Tip: Waterproof Eyeliner is preferred as it stays put all day.
Tip 2: Not sure which one to choose I personally use the Wet n Wild Breakup Proof Waterproof Retractable Eyeliner
in shade “1111491, Blackest Black” and that stays put all day with no leakage.
